Upgrading
Download the right ISO from the Audiocodes site. Here’s the deeplink (link)
Mount the ISO to the linux system in your Hypervisor.
Login using Putty to the SSH shell with user acems and default password acems.
Promote yourself to root with:
su - root
IF not changed the default password for root = root.
Let’s mount the image in your linux shell. You can do this by typing:
mount /dev/cdrom /mnt
Browse to: cd /mnt/EmsServerInstall
run the:
./install
Accept the EULA.
The installer will now run the upgrade.
The server now needs to reboot. After rebooting you will need to run the installer again.

The installer will now run the upgrade of the database and packages.
When the update is finished you will need to reboot the system once more.
