Review: Jabra Evolve 75e MS

This week I had the possibility to test the new Jabra Evolve 75e MS, a wireless earbud design. And I must say I like the design. / Some quick info on this headset: Stereo-earphone headset; Bluetooth connector, no cords to the headset; Busy light for your colleagues; Microphone only on right side; Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) switch; List-in function; Vibrator for incoming calls; Magnetic earbuds. Anonymous Meeting Join in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft has released the Anonymous Join feature for Teams Meetings. You can use this feature by the following procedure. Create and join a scheduled or adhoc meeting Copy the meeting join information, you can do this by opening the meeting after creating. The Command Bar–Microsoft Teams

Microsoft is releasing a new feature for the Teams client, the Command Bar. This feature allows you to quickly navigate the Teams client using shortcut commands that can be entered into the Search/Command Bar. Some examples you can use: Search for people, files and messages. Have your Microsoft Teams meeting call you back

If you’ve got a Skype for Business Audio Conferencing license, you’re now able to dial out to your own phone number from a current meeting. This allows you to transfer meeting audio to your phone if you’re having network problems, need to get in the car or on a slow connection. / Click the “i” icon on top of the right screen. Mute someone in a Microsoft Teams Meeting

Microsoft has released (Januari 17) some new features to the Microsoft Teams client. Mute someone in a meeting Mute individual meeting participants straight from the meeting roster to cut down on background noise. If someone has been muted, they’ll get a notification letting them know. They’ll be able to unmute themselves if they need to chime in. Skype for Business Online Call Queues: Agent Opt In/Out

Last night Microsoft announced and published the Agent Opt In/Out feature to Skype for Business Online. This update allows Admins to grant Call Queue Agents an ability to Opt In and Out from taking calls from a particular Queue at will. For all newly created Call Queues, Agent Opt In/Out option will be enabled by default.
