After going through some event logs on Frontend servers i came across this warning: The Mediation Server service has received a call that does not support comfort noise from the Trunk, SBC01.domain.com;trunk=SBC01.domain.com Cause: The Trunk does not support comfort noise. Can’t sign in to Skype – There was a problem acquiring a personal certificate required to sign in

Problem: Skype Error message when signing in: “Can’t sign in to Skype for Business – There was a problem acquiring a personal certificate required to sign in. If the problem continues, please contact your support team”. Uninstalling or reinstalling Office 365 software is not going to help you. There are a couple of solutions here. / Solution 1 Open Skype for Business login window and click on “delete my sign-in info”. Unable to process this synchronization cycle in Azure Active Directory because the object deletion threshold was met or exceeded

I was using a full sync of my local AD. Later i changed this to use only the Users OU (due to some IDFix issues in other OUs) I noticed updates did not changed anything in my Office365 portal anymore. So i Checked my event viewer on the domain controller and noticed some errors. / Failure while provisioning entries to Windows Azure Active Directory.
